    Can anyone kindly advise on following:

    I am an Australian citizen and a foreing resident for tax purposes.
    Am I eligble to apply for 50% CGT discount if I will hold shares for more than 12 months? Or do I have to pay full tax rate according to the tax rates table for foreign residents?
