Capital Gains question

I think this is a simple question but as with anything tax related it might not be...

My query is on the 50% limit on shares held over 12 months.

What happens if some of my shares are less than 12 months old and I sell the lot? Do I only pay the full CGT rate on the portion of shares I've held for less than 12 months?
