yet the share price has hardly traded at or above this price
there's quite obviously a lack of interest, but my theory is that the capital component has worried punters a bit
back in Feb craig mackay said he expected amg to plough 26m into developing the tuvatu deposit (http://www.hotcopper.com.au/post_thread.asp?fid=1&tid=181987#553467)
now with resources companies coming with capital costs blowouts left and right i wouldn't be surprised if the capital cost figure for amg is more around the 40m mark - just a guess on though i have NO idea if 40m is anywhere near accurate
if so just on some back of envelope figures that looks like it's gonna take down the npv from 11m-ish to pretty much a total wipeout
any have a view on this?
i'm still holding but the industry cost pressures of late have dampened my ethusiasm a fair bit
