Even with the massive amount of new contracts over the past year the share price continues to struggle. It can only be due to the lack of liquidity or that the start of any new contract is very capital intensive in regards to funding, hence the limited value that the market is placing on all the new contracts. Maybe it will take 1-2 years for the money from these new contracts to start rolling in, or is it really a matter of these contracts with these cities generating very little profit to the company due to the deals that are being done to win the contracts? Guess we wont know for awhile, but I'm not brave enough to dip my toe in at the moment until the momentum shifts upwards again. The share price definitely doesn't react positively when they announce new contracts
