Playing the devils advocate. Is it likely that a bank is going to fund a junior miner in the vanadium / titanium / alumina space for that amount.
Given the current market sentiment towards juniors and the risk involved, I am not so sure. Are there other examples of some of our peers that have been able to secure debt financing of that magnitude?
