Thanks gauc, I haven't really been away just stalking the site and minding my own business. After seeing some of these posts I thought I'd get back in the game. They're really taking there good ole time with the dual listing. Maybe waiting for the metals to bounce back from a depressed market. As far as putting Sara Alicia on the auction block- why not? It would be worth a lot to a neighbor looking to expand their project and if a neighbor is looking to sell we'd have consider that too. It's just good business.
