NO.

It's for greater transparency and accountability. For the average punter who isn't here a lot. If someone else would take him on with any consistency, I'd be fine with that.

And it's not a big point about Sara Alicia being on the market. Why? It's a small concession as is widely acknowledged. It is valuable but not as valuable as the surrounding area IMO. It's a point of interest, as Oposura isn't going to be readily understandable to the average punter until the PEA is out.
