Starting to wake from a long slumber. The Capela Potash project they got their hands on last week was one of three acquired by Talon Metals Group (TSX listing) for US$20M in 2009, when fertilizer stocks had collapsed after the GFC.
The projects were spun into private listed Rio Verde, which was then taken out a few years ago by B&A Mineraca for multiples of the $20M paid by Talon.
The primary potash project (Sergi Project) is now being developed by B&A and their second target, the Capela Project is now in the warm hands of this ASX junior, with a $5M market cap and by the looks some strong Brazilian contacts... expect more acquisitions in the fertilizer space imo.
Under the radar, but volume and market awareness is building each day.
