I previously thought that an announcement was imminent after the volumes dropped off dramatically but the more I watch this unfold the more I think this is going to be a January announcement after EUR, FEL increases in values have run their course. This is unfolding as a well orchestrated gradual building of the underlying CFE value before an off take / funding announcement is released to market. So.... Yes I actually think they know what they are doing. CFE is IMO opinion outstanding value under 5 cents with more good news to flow.
