From what I have researched on the Lawyer and his bio. It seems to me that it is highly unlikely that he could afford $4m. But that's just my opinion.
It was also interesting to see that his name was misspelled on the 3B and he crossed it out and corrected it.

You could imagine that if a new CEO was voted in. They would be very keen to have outstanding loans amounts settled as they made clear in their voting information posted on here.
