1. This pile of bile that will never be mined. Its a big pile of low grade iron ore near a port that is at full capacity and which they will never get access.

2. Oct last year Fox had an application over the ore body and then pulled it so a nobody anybody has ever heard of could replace it with this. Matich the real vendor to Fox while he was MD? Anyway, the ore body was handed over for nothing then come April 2005 its sold to Fox for $20M (equivlent for 100%)mostly in shares only to see a new major shareholder boot the deal out the door followed my Matich's resignation.

3. People in London are using Matich and Sage in the same breath, does this mean they were on a roadshow together and does it suggest that Matich is indeed the real vendor?

4. Deal is now done with IGL except it had to be all cash? I leave you lot to work that one out except the storey about dilution is laughable, what's Cannacord going to do?

5. Just tell me this IGL, who are all the players on the vendor side of this new revamped deal and who are the funds going to be dispursed to? Are their a few players on both ends of the deal?
