I suspect the CAP board are going to get rolled by Silvergate. Cap board could not even get the date of upcoming meeting right first time. In letter to shareholders. The CAP Chair has stated IT WILL VOTE FOR ALL SILVERGATE PROPOSALS with all proxies lodged with it. This apparent mistake has been bought to their attention, they have done nothing to correct the situation. In my opinion this is sheer incompetence. One can only assume some within CAP are in on the deal. (on the side)
