If this is group buying, then who is doing the buying? No change in subs-holder notices, so not Conglin, not Silvergate. If this party is acting in concert with either of the above and each party isn't disclosing the acquisitons, then that's potentially going to land them in some trouble, but of course, that never actually happens in the real world.
