We all know that the Richmond share price doesn't move up without somebody knowing something. The run up over the past few days is a clear indication to me that there is good news coming.

A capital raising per se would more often than not result in the share price falling so I don't think we can attribute the recent price movement to somebody getting wind of just a capital raising for working capital purposes.

My bet is that is that there is a strategic partner coming on board who is paying more than 23.5 cents for the stake and taking a couple of board seats. Not sure whether it's linked to the financing but must be a step in the right direction
