i guess if there is a cap raising many factors will determine the dilutive effect ( not in absolute mathematical terms but in ' ability to grow the SP with lack of short term sellers).
Major shareholders putting in or parties related to the company would be a good sign and not dilutive as per above.
long term holders dont get in the way of getting the SP up .
I believe this product is a market leader in a very large ( but competitive) space and relies upon a ' purchase of conscience' to grow the market. Green consumerism is here to stay and will only grow as evidence of 'status quo' technologies and their impact upon the environment becomes more and more obvious and alarming!
This company has spent approx 8 million dollars to prove up a product which no other comapny has in the world..a small amount to KC or Pand G unfortunately a huge amount to ECQ..very brave on their part.
Unfortunately it appears the Aussie market isnt giving credit for this and is only seeing this company in the usual light..money in the bank, revenues etc..hopefully this is wrong.
A major turnaorund is always possible with enough leg work by the board or someone working for the company to present this prodcut to the right group and hey presto..different believers..different prospects for the company.
I for one believe massively in this product and its timing for a huge global roll out, once the sales and marekting clithces have been sorted... more informed people than I in this green space i fancy will see this story even more clearly..lets hope someone is doing that leg work and getting out there..a small capital raising may just be the sign of giving this company the time to close the right 'future' partners.
Lets see..the short term will tell..to me its a spec buy as the upside could be huge...or not as the case may be..ha!!
