"what makes this whole cap raising 'funny' is that they have a big shareholder with lots of funds that could be advanced to the company without detriment to existing shareholders!!!!"

There is a chance that the big shareholder is where the money is coming from and they are getting the cheap shares. If so then there must be directors with a conflict of interest. The longer the wait the more thoughts go through ones mind. At least the halt has been good for EKA as I suggested it would.
