ADI had no option but to do a CR now if they wish to participate in the continue drilling of the jv. Hilcorps commitments are finished except the fracs. It takes 6-8 months to recover drilling costs so don't expect revenue to cover the future drilling program in the short term.
The CR is a very positive step. The only other option is stop drilling for the next 9 months and that would be crazy.
