Equity financing would generally mean a debt facility of x million is provided. If and wehn ADI choose to use it they must issue the debt provider with x number of shares in the company. This will all be announced in due course. Right now they are probably frantically negotiating this value of x and x with multiple partners and someone will walk away with $100K in pocket or shares for brokering the deal.
