    Geez, there is no line of credit or loan. It is an 'equity financing' see it on the second page of the trading halt announcement.

    The same exact wording was used way back when in Jan 2009 when they did a SPP.

    They are going to issue shares.

    The questions are:

    1. Who is going to get them ?

    2. How many ?

    3. What price ?

    Is to the 'sofisticayed and professional group' or a SPP?
