10 days to decision time and the SP is at almost 2 year lows ...... very disappointing this lack of confidence. As well as taking up the entitlement I bought quite a few more @ 24 cents expecting a run-up towards the upcoming EMA meeting, but unfortunately that's not happening this time around. Going by last year's positive vs negative decision ratio, a positive one for TIS would be a better than 90% possibility.
