Prema Capital worked very hard to ensure that work at Nowa Nowa was expedited and to see that the last announcement regarding that work would be a good one esily appreciated by the market. The reason that was not the case has been canvassed on this forum previously. There vwas also the issue of the price being suppressed by a large line sold out from under its owners by Otto Buttula.

Prema Capital was very keen to see a placement at higher prices but had to accept that likely investors would want to take the stock at market which was hovering around 2.5-3c. No Director of Prema Capital took stock in the placement and the shares placements arranged by it went to sophisticated investors who had generally supported the stock as high as 60-70c.

No Director of Prema Capital is happy with the GLM share price or GLM's failure to date to producs a result for shareholders.
