i could have got in at $2.85 and made 2%
if i take up the rights issue that will get me in at about $2.70
so that will get me a small profit
but I am in for the long term on this one
if you are going to be into property you may as well buy something that isn't overvalued i reckon
plus you don't have to worry about agents, rates, body corporate fees and repairs
