$2.81 looks like fair value in my opinion
just on a back of the envelop calculation the company's asset values have droped about 15% due to dilution
no trade IMO
people who pay more than $2.81 are gambling

drop in value is about 15%
share price is down about 14%
looks about right if you ask me
