does any one know the logic behind the last cap raise @.005 odd that new investors come in and previous investors may not re-coupe their money.. there was $3mill in bank after the 1.3c cap raise .. so the last lot of share holders
get $700th plus $3m that was in kitty.... if the board is thrown out and new one appointed what fees will the new board take for themselves,, or perhaps the may pay themselves in shares and leave the cash for exploration....
waiting for explanation letter from takeover board to see what their intentions are
