    I too have received a phone call from VESTED Financial Services on behalf of PRL enquiring if I had any questions in relation to CR. Could not answer with any persuasion my question on Uraguay .. said it was on hold. I have voted NO to Directors share placement, but we Mum and Dad investors are minnows in the pond
