i agree..it is similar to vpg, mdt or cer and even ilf...it sorts move of up and down...each time it will move the price range higher and higher slowly...the main common among them is after each price rangemove..it will consolitdate for a period of time..then it will move up again...

cer has a lot of people support and should push the price higher than aez..same with mdt and vpg...also their market caps are bigger.

as highlander mention whole reit sectors goup. therefore...aez will have its shine soon...

i hold fair a bit of aez since start to accumulate them since last month's low 5c...so i will shoot my feet if i am wrong..so far cer, vpg and mdt has play the games well for me...short term viloation does not worry me much..looks at in few months...aez will rise among other so call "junk reits" stocks...
