40c seems pretty far away, probably possible in a couple of years time, this will be based on fundementals obviously. This is currently trading less than 10% of the pre GFC range($1). Nearly all other troubled reits are trading a bit over 10% of pre GFC price.

Orbis increasing holding is interesting. They probably realize the breaches were not that serious and will be easily solved without too much trouble. I know VPG got a pretty good deal with the bank of scotland(orbis loved it) and they have a pretty fair idea of whats going to happen with AEZ. Similar situation is MDT where they had breaches and orbis increased holdings.
