The time estimates for exploration wells are usually on a trouble free dry hole basis .
Even a dry hole usually has at least a standard wireline log run .

Time for testing is very dependent on what is found and what logs are run and what tests and how many zones are tested , so it is not included in the forcast drill time .

They may have 1 or 2 days contingency built in but my experience based on 10 years exploration drilling as a drilling fluid engineer is that exploration wells are more likely to be behind rather than ahead of schedule .
A Wildcat well usually has a conservative casing program and it is difficult to run and cement casing faster than planned .
Actual drilling can be a bit quicker as drillability of the formations can be better than anticipated .
If they have encountered any hydrocarbons they may be moving more slowly and carefully because safety is paramount .

If they had stopped drilling to run logs Tullow would have called a TH until the logs had been run and an initial interpretation made .

Speculation is really fruitless because unless you can magically arrange a private trade , we are all at a stand still until the announcement is made and the trading halt is lifted .
I know it is stating the obvious , but chill out and go and play golf .
It would be terrible to have a heart attack and so not find out on Tuesday that you had just had a Big Win , LOL .
