In QLD, an outcome is never quite what it seems, please see Mundingburra by-election, Goss/Borbidge Premier transferral, they don't have an upper house see so it's fast and loose. Must be the heat. RIO result should be good for the Downer Mining Division, many will try to emulate, US$14.2 billion worth of profit in a low iron ore price environment will make every miner think that with the right engineering/ logistics, they can do anything. All the spots look fantastic for DOW. Should have got more DOW at the $4.20s.
