Deutsche are being too conservative, a bit like under-promise and let the market over-deliver and then sell the benefit of conservative forecasts on future recommendations to drum up more business...
A bit unfair on Deutsche but that target price is a bit low in my view so current accumulation is a good thing I reckon.
