Blimey that's a harsh assessment, your a tough marker. Remind me not to let you mark my assignments.
I tended to view it that WOR has a more geographic diversity, as far away as Canada. It is true they have a different operating model but the yield return from WOR over the last 5 years has been good. Price is back where it was 5 or 6 years ago.
