You can see this right now on two Okap companies. ARK and CTR. Both continue to be suspended for an unknown amount of time after the consol'shideous dilution happens as this will go from 700,000,000 shares to over around 3,000,000,000 shares pre consol .

Anyone with half a clue would accept others points and quit repeating themselves endlessly, I couldn't give a #### about the dilution and from what others are saying they don't either.
