DDzx you're off the mark as ash is not being discussed as an issue behind the scenes. Rockwood lab test are saying its a high carbon (high energy) coal with low volatile content. It has an application as both a PCI (with certain blast furnaces) and a sinter coal product.
Suggest you confirm the above directly rather than second guess yourself. I'm only responding to you because you've put something up you've at least made an effort to research on. The rest on here...well I won't go there.
Agree with comments on how price sensitive EV is to coal price as it is for most companies. We also need the AUD back below parity with US$
