The China -Australia stand off re Australia backing the USA in the Trump Trade War & the China Sea Islands debacle is being quietly manifest in Canada taking a giant share of our China market as reported on Bloomberg today. China's diplomatic excuse is that Australia is dumping its
barley in China !

We have man- up and assert our independence; otherwise China will find other non-aligned suppliers such as Brazil, Argentina Canada etc.
We don't hear Trudeau running his war ships close to the contested artificial China Sea islands. There has been a 6 month freeze in China-Australia diplomatic relations which does nor bode well for future iron ore, coal & natural gas sales to China. We have refused foolishly to gradually diversify trade away from China and by the look of things China will apply Trump trade strategies to us and cut our $30 billion trade surplus to zilch.
At present we are not is a good trade position with an annual deficit of $18 billion. Add $30 billion to that and its lights out for us.
