50c valuation implies an upside of 3x today's SP. Does this mean a 30c T/O is off the table?

Looking at the last change of holdings statement, it looks like Sir whatshisface billionaire has been selling a little bit here and there, bet even he's running thin on patience. Longer term holders average $1.05 buy in, so 50c is not even going to cut it.
