NST+VXR Whim Creek Gold Exploration JV announcement will definitely help the SP. $2M spend, over a few tranches, for the next 2 years. This is hardly any money for NST, they make $1M free cash-flow a day.
I think the Sulphur Springs story is walking on thin ice. Cost is still way too high, so quite unlikely it will obtain finance. It could exist as part of a bigger company though.
