Has BMT been put on ice until the cobalt price recovers? Certainly the grades they found at Skuterud require a higher price to be at all feasible.
I'm still bullish on cobalt, but BMT needs to regain SH trust, firstly by thorough disclosure of all activities on all projects, secondly by offering some clarity on what their existential purpose is, and thirdly by giving some sense of a forward plan.
