I use sharesight (especially now that yahoo seems to have stopped the ability to download stock price data into excel), but don't connect it to commsec directly (I do a little formatting as I have a couple of diff brokerage accounts).

I have to check out how sharesight calcs capital gains, but been impressed so far with the functionality (helped me find some lost dividends from a few years ago so paid for a couple of years of subscription)
