I see you still advocate WOR as a 'buy'. What cash flow and divs do you anticipate for fy17? I expect fy div to be below 25c. i.e. at best 2.86%. A div of 10c wouldn't surprise me i.e. fraction over 1%. hence, div will drive/'dictate' the SP down, not up if I'm proved correct.
