Most holders will be holding a loss or a small gain if lucky.
Any offer over 35 cents would present a profit to virtually all holders.
The Indians could still use SMS to do the engineering.
Why couldn't they pick this up with virtually all the donkey work done for 3-4 times the current MC?
How many holders would side with management advice to not accept an offer in the absence of a credible route to production given the recent GM result?
