I understand but there is a lot happening behind the scenes and I wanted to get other investors views and intel to help shed the light why Vimson invested and attended the AGM. It's a very small investment for them, and I wanted to understand the rational and strategic importance as to why? asking for a cheaper price and higher ownership during negotiations doesn't surprise me.. in general why would they want to help TNG? the reality is they don't.. there has to be reasons why?
