As far as I can see you are correct in that PB should have funded his by 27/11/2018 and the NEDS have a tranche due in december... Refer 2017 AGM pages 9 to 13 and 2012 AGM has the NED shareplans in appendices. You'll need a Bex and a lie down if you can get through it all.
