Due to TIVAN & what I believe it represents, I'm also taking the position that a lot of things have to go wrong for TNG to not be worth much more value than where their SP is.
That the Vimson deal completely ignored this, effectively being one of many big things which have to go wrong. Selling off a chunk of the company at such a discount when company defining announcements were imminent. IMO, timing & what was also happening in the background was wrong, but it's not the defining thing which will stop where TNG are headed.
So although this will not be forgotten, the reality is if TNG are to make good on many of the things which have the potential to come to fruition, looking at the positives which could come out of the Vimson stake is a better line to take, IMO.
