Yes l agree the quality of management would improve but not to the benefit of share holders in a takeover, we need a pilot to steer this ship. Rex with his ridiculous gathering of funds dragging the share price down to yearly lows just to cover the BOD ar3e. But don't forget where the buck stops, not with REX but to the boss, the one who runs the show.
