Some time ago I posted all the recent valuations together with the underlying assumptions for each (by that I mean all since the 2015 DFS). They varied vastly as did the underlying assumptions.
Today I posted the most recent as it was the point of Reference in the thread, not because i put any more store in it than any other. Nor do I put any store in our current SP as a reliable indicator of actual value. It is what it is. See it as over bought or over sold as you see fit.
The thing about TIVAN is its ability to extract the three primary commodity from the titanomagnetite reserve thereby making production costs cheaper per commodity and more likely to withstand fluctuations in commodity pricing.
As for any suggestion of optimism on the thread, I dont see a lot.
I will say this, 5 cents will not happen.
So perhaps your down ramping is a little overstated.
