    1 billion shares at 35 cents would make a company with a market cap of 350 million returning currently nothing with huge outlays.

    Please be realistic.

    Stocks like WAF getting a large funding package and seeing the share price heavily sold down doesn't help current sentiment with other companies looking for finance.
