    Shame on them!! ? No Shame on us for allowing our BOD to get away with what they did, selling 10% of the company at a 20% discount just so that they could buy votes to save someone's A..  and their own, and if anyone out there doesn't believe that then why have we not had a explanation from the BOD as to why this had to happen.
