This is not a witch hunt / personal vendetta for the EGO SHAG, it's simple numbers. The stock should be doing very well but appears to be managed into the ground !!!
If CM can show the EGO board is capable, working effectively, giving value for money, providing benefit and value for money for the shareholders he will be more than welcome to stay.
If he and the board can't, then a change of management is the next logical and inescapable step ! CM apparently has great skills and recognition as a geologist .... but that doesn't make him the person best suited to take the company forward !
