I agree EGO's board's antics culmination in the transfer of this asset to KEY suck .
For a while this put me off taking a position in KEY , given that there is personnel overlap .
That said I bought some Key shares on Thursday in the hope that they don't somehow find a way to take the company private or transfer the asset on again .
Perhaps you should do the same and may even come out on top ?
