Voting by Proxy
Defab, I think what that means is non-attendees have to assign their votes to someone who is attending the meeting in Melbourne, that person then votes those shares just as if they were their own. This is normal practice and I think it just been included as a standard "cut and paste" clause. However we must make sure.
